By joining Broward Vetworking, I agree to the following:

• I confirm that I am a current member or honorably discharged member of the United States Armed Forces.
• I will conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner at all events and within the community.
• I understand that Broward Vetworking is a relationship-driven networking group, and I will engage in good faith without spamming, harassment, or aggressive sales tactics.
• I understand that membership does not guarantee business referrals, job placement, or financial results.
• I agree to pay any applicable membership or event fees and understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• I understand that my membership may be suspended or terminated if I violate these standards or act in a way that is harmful to the community.
• I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Broward Vetworking Terms & Conditions.

By applying for or maintaining membership in Broward Vetworking (“the Organization”),you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility

Broward Vetworking is a professional networking organization exclusively for military veterans.

• You are a current member or honorably discharged member of the United States Armed Forces
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

The Organization reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Types & Fees

Broward Vetworking offers both free and paid membership options:

• Basic Membership (Free): Limited access
• Premium Membership (Paid): Full access and discounted pricing

• Fees are billed annually unless stated otherwise
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Fees may change with notice

3. Events & Payments

• Event fees must be paid in advance
• Pricing may vary by membership level
• No-shows or late cancellations may still be charged
• Event details may change

4. Code of Conduct

Members must act professionally and respectfully.

• No harassment or discrimination
• No aggressive sales or spamming
• No misrepresentation

Violations may result in termination without refund.

5. Member Directory & Communications

• Your profile may be visible to other members
• You may receive emails related to the organization
• SMS communication requires separate consent
